My order from Frootbat was packed really well. The bottle was secure, nothing leaked, and nothing was cracked, which is the main thing! The box had plenty of padding and everything showed up looking fine. I’m giving 4 stars only because the outside box was a little beat up, but the bottle itself was totally okay 🙂

I’ve ordered from Frootbat a couple times now, and I just feel good about it. The prices have been better than what I was seeing around me, even after shipping, which is kind of the main reason I went back. The whole thing was easy, the order showed up packed fine, and there wasn’t any weird issue or extra hassle. Nothing over the top, just a solid deal and a smooth experience. I’d use them again

To be fair, I always try to check a few places before deciding, but this place had the stuff I couldn’t find anywhere else. It’s nice when a store actually has what you need instead of sending you on another wild goose chase.

"Pretty reasonable, honestly"
I was expecting shipping to be stupid expensive, but it actually wasn’t bad at all. Checkout was simple, and there wasn’t any sneaky extra-fee nonsense at the end like some dumb sites pull. My bottle showed up in good shape, the total price felt fair, and yeah, I’d order from Frootbat again

I had an issue with my order and, not gonna lie, I was annoyed at first. I reached out to Frootbat and there was a little back and forth, which wasn’t ideal, and I do wish the replies had been quicker. But they did end up sorting everything out and made it right, so I can’t really complain too much. It started off frustrating, but in the end I’m happy with how it was handled.
